Extended Hours

We now offer booked appointments early in the morning on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 07:30.

We also offer appointments between 18:30 and 19:00 on a Monday.

These appointments are only available on a pre-booked basis and can be booked a maximum of 5 days in advance. If you would like to book an appointment, please visit our Consulting Room.

Emergencies will continue to be dealt with by the out of hours service in the normal way.

Improved Access Service

As a patient at Moat House Surgery, you may be able to use the improved access appointments available at other local practices.

Out of Hours Service

If you need medical attention at weekends or out of hours, please call NHS 111.

Your call to NHS 111 will be handled by team of fully trained advisers and experienced nurses and doctors who will assess your condition and direct you to the local service that can help you best, when you need it.

Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
